Is this a good way to lose weight?
Im 15 and about 5'9 and 176lbs Im not really fat but more chubby
Im subscribed to a gym and im currently working on a good diet
This is what I currently do at the gym:1 hour of strenght training(I read somewhere if you have more muscles mass that you burn more fat if you do nothing e.g watch Television) and then 20 minutes of cardio HIIT

That sounds like a good plan... When you are strenght training though, try not to lift tooo much weight. So instead of doing reps of 8-10 of heavy weight, try a little lighter weight and do 12-14 reps.
Your 15, meaning, your body and bones still have to grow alot more....so dont do anything too heavy that can stunt your growth. Focus more on being toned.
