Gym workout??!


Question: Gym workout!?!?
i have started going to the gym to lose weight, i am already on a diet!. at the gym i attend, they use a technogym system with all there equipment!. can someone give me a good days workout on each piece of cardio equipment e!.g!. how long to use each piece of equipment and on what intensity level !.!.!. Not to madly intense!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use the treadmill and an exercise bike for cardio and start at around 5 minutes on each (if you've been sedentary for a long time before now)!. Going at it too hard will only serve to hold you back the next day when you're muscles are screaming in protest everytime you move!. An intensity that makes you feel as though you're challenging yourself is what you should choose!. Your heart/breathing rate increasing is an indicator as to how hard you're working!. Add 5-10 minutes to your workout on each machine every week, and do cardio 3-5 times a week, and weights on the other 2/3 days!. Before you know it, you'll be getting a very satisifying and healthy workout :) Good luck, you'll lose weight as long as you remain focused and determined!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just get ur heart rate up for 45 mins 5 times a week and dont eat too many calories!. also spend time lifting doing actual lifts and NOT machines!. squats/bench press/abdominal work!.

and remember, no such thing as spot reduction!. u lose fat EVERYWHERE not a single spot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
