Cardio activities that are actually fun..?!


Question: Cardio activities that are actually fun!.!.!?
I want to do more cardio exercise to lower my body fat percentage but all I ever hear people say is "run, run run!"!. I honestly can't stand running and would rather do anything else!.
What are some fun things (sports, things I can do with friends and not be bored out of my mind) that could be classified as cardio exercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything that makes you sweat and lasts longer than 30 minutes is great for fat loss!. Variety is the key!.

Running is great if you're into it but it's nowhere near the only thing you can do!.

Biking, swimming, roller-blading, soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis, squash !.!.!.!. all good!. If you're looking to burn fat, even walking is good!. Find excuses to walk everywhere - walk to the store to get a quart of milk, walk to the mall to window shop, walk to your friend's place - whatever!.

The less you think about how many calories you might burn and the more you think about just having fun being active, the better you'll be!.

If you have access to a gym, try every piece of cardio equipment they have!. One per day for 30 minutes each day!.
