Why?food is always an issue?!


Question: Why!?food is always an issue!?
i mean ,,i m an adult ,,i have busy life and now my granny is fighting her last seconds and i cant stop thinking about how i can get good body
though everyone is lecturing me about good food and i always give advice how person shouldnt obssess and i read alot about eating disorder,,but in me i cant help it
guilt always connected with food
threat with every extra thing i put in my mouth
if i put one extra thing i would say ,what should i do to burn it
how many hours should i work out to get rid of it
though i m eating sensibly *i think i m *
sometimes it gets so hard and i say ok i m not going to eat anything now,,for a whole day
i drink water and take vitamins with some cookies to avoid harm,,
i wont say my weight cause its silly
but my BMI is around 16,3
sometimes when its exterme i reach 15,3
but here is the thing
its shameful to go to shrink to tell him ,,i hate my body ,i m not a teen and i m already getting pissed with my family and their nagging!?what can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

One thing you should not do is skip a meal because the next time you eat you want to eat more than you should!. If you eat something that you are afraid will help you gain more weight either start eating less of it and more healthy stuff or just burn it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

16!.3 is way too low to be healthy at all! How about seeing a nutritionist and getting your meal plans sorted out!? And also incorporating a fair amount of exercise into your weekly routine so that the weight u gain will be healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
