How much cardio is too much cardio?!

How much cardio is too much cardio?
I'm doing 30 mins 3x a week on elliptical and run for an hour both saturday&sunday HIIT. Each time I do 30 mins of weight lifting. Is that a lot cuz I'm fairly thin 5'8 and 140 lbs, u think im burning a lot of muscle?

For most people anything more than 30-40 minutes 4 times a week is too much and you will start to burn muscle.
