How will one month of creatine intake affect my training?!


Question: How will one month of creatine intake affect my training!?
If i take creatine for a month, 10g on training day and 5g on off day (if that's the standard intake) how much difference will I see !?
Is it really sufficient time to notice some results and how long after will my muscles lose that new water from creatine !?

I'm currently in a Creatine cycle!. I "loaded" for 5 days, taking !.3 x bodyweight (in kgs)!. I broke that amount into 3 servings/day for 5 days!. Now, I'll be in "maintenance" for 4-5 weeks taking in 1/10th of the loading amount in 1 morning serving!. Then the cleanse week!. Water consumption, I take in at least 3/4 gallons water/day!. I made great strength/endurance results on my previous cycle!. Honestly, I don't know how much of it is psychological & just being "hyped" to workout!. It's all dependent on how long you train how hard you train how often you train
