How much weight can I lose in 18 days by working out 6 hours a day?!


Question: How much weight can I lose in 18 days by working out 6 hours a day!?
I'll be doing 6 hours of cardio (jumping on the trampoline, jogging, and jumping rope), and doing ab and arm exercises (lifting weights!.)

And I'm on fruits and vegetable detox for 18 days too!. (It's to cleanse!. My stomach has been feeling REALLY queezy from eating milk and meat!.!.!.and other reasons too!. So don't tell me to NOT detox because I'm gonna do it any way!.)

If it matters, I'm 5'4", 14, and 129 pounds!.

Weight is mostly a focus for salesmen!.

Your shape, and fat percentage, are more important than your weight!.

It is very possible, through rigorous exercise, to GAIN weight while you're getting SLIMMER!.

So, what is more important to you!? Your physical fitness, or what your scale says!? Cuz they are not the same thing!.

Measure your progress with a mirror and a tape measure, not a scale!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are you detoxing and trying to lose weight!? Your weight is healthy and you don't suddenly start to feel queasy from eating milk and meat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been able to lose over a pound a day when I wanted to cut weight!. With all that exercise though, you'll probably stay the same weight because you'll be building muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
