I have been doing 200situps every day continiously for last 10days.still no improvement.any tips?

If improvement you mean a flatter stomach than you you need to watch your diet and cut out the junk food, pop etc... and stop doing situps and do crunches and reverse crunches (only 3 sets of 20 done right is necessary). Also add some cardio to your work outs. 3 times a week for 30-40 minutes. Good Luck!
