Answers:

I know this will probably fall on deaf ears, but please, please, please do not start down the road to anorexia. I know it is fashionable to be ultra-skinny, but you will do exteme harm to your body, and you will not be able to stop if you reach 90 lbs.

According to pediatric guidelines, 134 is slightly high for a 14-year-old of your height, but by the time you reached 90 you would be significantly unhealthy. A better weight for you at this height would be around 123. But remember that you're still growing, and next year when you're 5'4", 123 will not be appropriate anymore!

If you are unhappy at 134, look into losing weight in a reasonable way, with a sensible diet and increased activity. Enlist your parents' to help you find a good program. I'm certain if they realize you're flirting with destroying your body by going ana, they will get serious about helping you.

As you grow taller, you can check in with the website below periodically to make sure you're still on track. On that site you can fill in your age, weight and height to see how you're doing and make sure you're staying HEALTHY!

I'm so furious at the idiots in the media and Hollywood who are feeding you young girls a load of bull**** that a normal, healthy body is not attractive!
