What is a good recipe for an all natural protein shake?!


Question: What is a good recipe for an all natural protein shake!?
I want to know how to make an all natural protein shake without Whey or anything like that if possible!.Im trying to gain weight for footballWww@Answer-Health@Com

Protein alone is not going to help you gain weight!. You need protein, complex carbs and healthy fat!.!.!.

I agree with the person above!.!.!.Why not get a whey product!? There are tons of them, I use EAS from Costco, big bag, cheap for what you get!.

It will help add the calories!.!.!.just look for one higher in calories and carbs than the low fat/low carb kind!. Or else just use full eggs,,,they work just fine!.!.!.they even make pasteurized ones now so you won't have to worry about getting sick from them!.

Add full fat plain yogurt
(not the low fat stuff, look for cream top if you can find it),

bananas, and other fruit like mangoes or papaya
nuts or flax oil or both
protein powder or full eggs if you don't like whey
egg whites

Eat plenty of good carbs, potatoes, pasta, and whole wheat bread, with some good fats, like olive!.!.!.

Carb Overloading with good fat and plenty of protein!.!.!.that is what you need!.!.!.

Remember to gain weight you have to take in more than you use!.!.!.just like to lose weight you have to use more than you take in!.!.!.simple math!.!.!.

High Calories!.!.!.and pump some Iron so you are not just putting on fat!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are you avoiding whey protein!? If you are not gonna use whey protein then skip the shake entirely and go for whole food sources!. Steak, Chicken, and lots of quality carbs:rice,potatoes, oatmeal!. You could really benefit from a whey protein shake immediately after working out though!. Any other time it's more for convenience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

whey protein is just derived from milk so dnt b afraid of it!.!.!.

but without whey i like to do a shake with!.!.!.

Milk 300ml
Rolled Oats 1/2 cup
Honey approx 2-3 table spoons
Almond Meal 1 table spoon
Peanut Butter 1 table spoon
Plain Yoghurt 1 cup
Banana 1 medium sized
and Nutmeg or Cinnamon (if u like them) 1/2 tea spoon

This is my all time fave!=)xo
