Question: Workout plan to get a lingerie model figure!?
I'm an 18 year old female, 5 foot 6 inches, I weigh 140 pounds exactly, making my BMI 22!.59!.

I want to tone up in time for Halloween to pull off a sexy costume, and I was wondering if anyone had good workout plans!.

I don't want to be really ripped or anything!. I just want to be toned, like a lingerie model!.!.!. I want to keep my curves!. I'm afraid of losing my boobs (34C/D) and my butt!. Any advice!? Thanks!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You won't lose your boobs!. If they do get *a little* smaller it would only be because the rest of you got a little smaller too and they'll actually look bigger in proportion - so don't worry about that!.

For diet, eat 4-6 small, healthy meals per day!. Drink lots of water and avoid non-diet sodas and sugary drinks etc!. Don't eat anything that has more than 1/3 of the calories from fat!.

For exercise, to lose weight, do 30 minutes or more of moderate cardio 3-4 times per week!. And walk as much as you can - skip the elevator and take the stairs, get off the bus 3-4 stops too early and walk the rest, walk to the store etc!. Walking is a great fat-loss exercise!.

You've got lots of time before Halloween so don't go for any fad diets or quick fixes, just be active and eat right and you'll be in good shape!.

I would see a doctor for professional tips so that you can lose as much weight as possible IN A SAFE AND HEALTHY WAY!

What I generally do to lose some weight:
-Eat 5, smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals!.
-Stop drinking any sugar drinks (pop, lemonade, etc!.)!.
-Drink lots of water (it helps suppress your appetite and increases your metabolism)!.
-Exercise! I'm not saying you need to go get a personal trainer, BowFlex, or LifeTime fitness membership!. When you get bored/hungry, go talk a walk/run!. Walking is great because it gives you time to think, increases your metabolism, and you don't have to change your clothes/shower when you do it!.

Those are all easy ways to lose some weight!. They don't cut into your life style to terribly but will definitely help you to lose weight!.

As for areas that have more fat than others, lifting is the only way to tighten up those areas!. Bench press will help you to tighten your chest while crunches and sit ups will help you tighten your stomach!.

I lost 15 lbs on the Pen and Paper Diet and it all basically came from my waist!. I went from a 36 to a 34!. It took 2 and a half months though!. The program will let you gain or lose as much weight as you choose!. It's all about tracking calorie consumption!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
