Dam dawg!.!.!. I gotcha!.!.!.

Not everyone has oatmeals, and freaking Cottage cheese!.!.

Listen when ya wake up!. go to the Kitchen!. Get some Oj, some Bread or cereal ( sure throw milk in there) and a banana!. Thats all you'll need!.

Oj for vitamins!.
Bread/Cereal for Energy ( and Cereal has protein too!.!. and the milk too!.!.)
and Banana cuz its Filling and ******* good!.

Best Of Luck

For breakfast I have one to two eggs in between to pita halves (one whole pita cut in half making two halves), a fresh fruit, some cottage cheese, and orange juice!.
I think its pretty darn healthy and not over filling!.
Some other options would be two eggs in between to slices of bread, or yogurt instead of cottage cheese!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you like eggs!? They are a long lasting energy source!. Toast spread with peanut butter is good too - I don't know how savy you are with nutrient value of food, but look for a breakfast with protein and complex carbs!. Eggs and whole wheat toast fit this exactly!. Even better, a ham, egg and cheese sandwhich made with whole grain bread!. Eat your breakfast a good 60 to 75 minutes before you have to be at the tennis thing!. Then, feel confident that you have done what your body needs to perform as well as it can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You want something that will stick with you and provide energy but won't weigh you down!. Your two best bets will be protein and fiber!. I would suggest an omelet and whole-grained toast with peanut butter, or oatmeal with blueberries or fruit and a slice of whole-grained toast with pb, or whole-grained cereal with fruit--something like that!. Think protein and think fiber!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oatmeal with some fresh fruit would be great!. Nothing too big to weigh you down but the simple sugars and carbs in oatmeal are great for short-term energy!. Bring water or a sports drink and SIP at it throughout the camp!.

Some of that time will be sitting around listening to the instructors and stuff so don't worry too much!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

here is a breakfast that will keep you full and energized it is a bit high calorie but you will need the energy!.
2 whole wheat toast with peanut butter
1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, with a slice of non fat cheese
1 large peice of fruit
1/2 cup cottage cheeseWww@Answer-Health@Com

A piece of whole wheat toast spread with peanut butter and topped with sliced bananas!. Wash it down with a tall glass of milk and be sure to bring a bottle of water that you can drink while you are there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
