because you are exercising so early in the morning it will keep your metabolism running all day and it will give you more energy!. green tea pills are amazing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure about the whey protein or the green tea pills but other than that it sounds pretty healthy!. Well done you! ; )

As you're being so good at getting up early, exercising and drinking plenty of water - wouldn't you try just drinking regular green tea instead of the pills!? It doesn't taste great but it might be better than pills!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, that sounds good as long as the small meals are healthy!. Sounds easier than it actually is though, trust me!. You may want to start running/power walking for a little longer once you get in the hang of things, though!.

Good luck! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
