How am I doing?!
Question: How am I doing!?
Im not really trying to lose weight, maybe a few pounds, im mostly just trying to eat healthy!. Im a girl, 5' 1" and about 98 pounds!.
Breakfats- A thing of starwberry yogurt and a glass of water!.
Lunch- A hard boiled egg!.
Dinner- A salad that had letuce, chicken, pinneaple, and mandarian oranges and a glass of water!. I also had a little poppy seed dressing with the salad!.
Snacks- Grapes!.
Im going to run a mile latter and bike 5 miles, ive done about 50 situps and lifted some weights!.
How am I doing with my eating and exercising!? And would it be ok for me to eat some tuna and mayo without it being to much food for today!?

Yes, you can definitely eat tuna and mayo!!!
In fact, I would add some toast and a piece of fruit to your breakfast or some muesli
Add the tuna to your lunch
Have a glass of milk and some cheese - that's not nearly enough calcium

you need balance!.!.!.!!.!.!.it's okay to have junk food!.!.it's good to have variety!!!!.!.!.you don't always wnat to have the same thing!.!.balance!.!!.!.!.healthy meals!.!.and some junk!.!.!.and you shul dproabbly ahve a bit mroe for breakfast!.!.it's the most important meal!.!.!.talk to your docotr about the balance you really needWww@Answer-Health@Com
First off, you don't need to loose anything! Secondly, It sounds like you're not eating enough!. Try a simple sanwhich for lunch!. You need to grains in your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
