Salt absortion foods?!

Question: Salt absortion foods!?
ok i am a truck driver and have been on a diet of 1500 cal a day for about two months now i eat a snack(apple orange bananna/other 200cal) 1 meal and usually a shake(less then 1000 cal) and a caffeinated drink(200cal)
sounds easy right well you have to consider my choices fast food or mini fridge(and i tend to eat worse/more with the mini fridge) so that leaves fast food
now there are healthy choices and you can easily stay under 800 per meal(salads and no fryers)

now i do exercise a rigorous 10(always10) to 30 minutes per day(more for heart health)

this is working great i have lost 12 lbs so far just by changing my diet

the only concern is the amount of salt
it is through the roof is there something that i can eat that would soak up the salt something that can be found at a fast food place or a truck stop

thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Nothing really soaks up salt, but potassium opposes sodium in the body!. If you eat more foods high in potassium, you will lose sodium in your urine as a result!.

You are doing great with the fruit!. Fruits, vegetables and tea have the most potassium and the least sodium of all foods!.

The champs are orange juice and UNSALTED tomato juice!. Also:
Dates
Raisins
Plain potato
Sweet potato
Grapefruit juice
and many others!. See this list:
