Question:

If i dont eat for 4 days?

if i didnt eat for 4 days and exercised around 2hrs everyday, how much weight would i lose. im 5ft3 and weight 70kg


Answers:

You'd be really hungry and overeat at the end of the 4 days or before it. It would be nearly impossible to work out without fueling your body with fuel. What will probably happen is you would get dizzy, possibly pass out and feel very weak and tired and you wouldn't lose any weight because you'd end up tired and overeating. If you want to lose weight, try eating salads and water for a week while working out. At least you'd get food into your body. If you did it that way you'd lose about 10lbs I'd say.
