Is Finpecia really effective? Does it work?

After viewing various sites, it appears that the consensus is about 50/50 when it comes to whether or Finpecia really works.

I have both Propecia and recently Finpecia, and I have to admit I am quite skeptical of Finpecia (it looks almost like a sugar pill). Are the folks in India ripping consumers off? Are there any clinical studies available for FInpecia?

Stop the nonsense. Snake oil salesmen abound. Use common sense and your doctor's advice; don't expect anything but scams from so-called "alternative medicine" practitioners. Wasting your money on crap like that is like giving donations to organized crime.
