Question: How do i get in shape by school!?
Okay, well i'm going into a new school with people that i dont even know!. i'll know ONE girl and she's a year older than me!. i am about 20 pounds heavier than what i would like to weigh and i need to lose it by August 18th!.
i have aleady started to walk an hour everyday on the treadmill, but i dont think thats enough!. :( i want to try out for cheerleading, but you need to be skinny to do that!.
P!.S!. i'm not some jumbo 200 pound person!. but i'm not comfortable with the way i look!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some ways to start being in shape is making better food choices and healthier choices, cutting back your portion sizes, and doing other exercises besides cardio (running)
try to find some exercises to tone your muscles maybe your abs, thighs, arms!.!.!. places that are usually flabby
You need to work out atleast 3 times a week to see results and also eat healthier
It's really hard but it's do able, you probably might not be able to lose 20 by that date but atleast 10!.!.!. The more you exercise and eat better the easier it will be

i would just do sports for enjoyment instead of conciously trying to lose weight!. spend a lot of time outside and you will burn tons of calorries!. if you don't have a work out partner try raquetball, swimming, shooting hoops, shooting soccer goals!. try the eliptical machines to vary up the running because its not good to do the same work out every day!. also, weight lift maybe if you want because it releases a chemical that helps you lose weight if you do it before cardio!. i read that in women's health!.

i'm 5'4 and 120 i'm not happy with the way i look!. i'm not skinny but i'm healthy!. i have boobs and an *** and that's ok!. so don't even start with the you have to be skinny to be a cheerleader thing!. you just have to be good at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't have to be skinny to be a cheerleader!.
Just watch what you eat I guess!. and then run instead of walk!.
