Question: Are there any good tips on losing weight!?
I am trying to lose weight but I just do not know where to start, Yes I am exercising, but I just do not know what else I should do, it would really help if anyone had tips for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Forget diets, they don't work!.

Make multiple small adjustments to your current diet, such as drinking skimmed milk instead of whole milk, diet soda instead of regular, eating low fat spread instead of butter, and low calorie versions of all your regular foods!. Cut the fat off your meat before cooking and DON'T fry anything - grill, steam, bake, microwave, boil!.

All of these measures are small and easy to handle, so you are less likely to fall off the wagon, and your weight loss will be permanent!.

Exercise for thirty minutes a day, drink plenty of water and get 8 hours sleep every night!.
