ok, i used 2 do 500 sit ups a day, 250 in da mornin, and 250 in the evenin, for the whole summer and nothin happened, wen i would do the sit ups i would only feel a lil burn, but 3 days ago i did 20 sit ups and oh yea, i felt da burn!. n i still am!. my whole abdomen is hurtin from it!. idk why tho!. idk wat 2 do!. i try 2 stretch the muscles bcuz i thought dat maybe thatd relax da muscles more but it hurts even more!. it hurts sooooo bad dat it is prevenmting me from doin most things!. if u have any idea on wat i should do, please help me!!!!!!!!!!

this fool is right however it is not always about how much you do, its about how well you do them (if you even do them proper) keep them nice and slow and MAKE SURE you maintain good eating habits!. Include some cardio excercises such as running or biking (you can start light) and you will really start to see results! Just pace yourself and dont kill yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
