What's the best way to stay motivated to work out ?!


Question: What's the best way to stay motivated to work out !?
i have officially been on a diet now for 3 years:) i find myself constantly losing motivation to work out even though, when i do, my body shows results quickly and nicely but i just can't seem to keep up with it!. i've tried putting up posters of women i want to look like and getting new workout clothes and shoes but i always lose focus! then, the other night, when i went out for a drink with my friend, she tells me she goes to the gym everyday whether she wants to or not! wow! i wish i could have that type of discipline! so, please give me some tips on how to stay focus and motivated!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need set goals for yourself so you stay with it! Everyone wants to lose weight, but most dont think about why!. Is there someone yo want to impress!? Look better in a swimsuit!? Compliments from friends and family!? Prove a point to yourself!? Turn heads on the street!?

There has to be something driving you to work out, otherwise you wouldn't have made it for 3yrs!. You just need that extra push to keep going!. Take some time and find something to focus on!. It has to be a personal thing that you can relate to!. The better the connection, the more effective it will be in the long run!.

For me, I have a combination of things!. My family is naturally big people, and it hurts to see them eat all the time to the point where they can barely walk!. I decided to say no to the constant social eating and instead work out to burn the fat off!. Now it feels to good to walk around the pool and I have so much more confidence which extends to all aspects of my life!. Hope this helps youWww@Answer-Health@Com

The main thing you need is some good, fastpaced music with a beat you can work with in rhythm!. Secondly, I suggest planning working out into your day, like a list!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
