Question: Can anyone help on this!?
am bout to apply to join the army, but haven't done any real exercise for years, so i need to get fit to pass the test to do a (1!.5 mile run in under 15 mins etc) Don't know when i have to do the run, but want to start getting fit to complete it!.
the problem i have is i don't have any idea on warm up and cool down methods or what exercises to do!. can anyone give me some ideas)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're physically unfit, the army is not for you!. Trust me!.

Find a job that better suits your interests, I'm sure your interests don't include having your limbs being blown off by a land mine, do they!?

Your best bet is to get on a treadmill and do 1!.5 miles on a fast enough lvl to beat 15minsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a professional!. They know how to help you to get in shape without injuring yourself!.
