Question: Can anyone tell me how can i lose belly fat!?
i wanna lose belly fat!.!.for excersice!.but i dont have alot!.!.im skinny!.!.but i have belly fat and i wanna get rid of it have no fat!.!.so how can i lose it!?!? any tips or advice or steps or somthing please and how long do i have to repeat that!? what foods should i eat to help me instead of lose fat then gain dat fat again!.!.!?

You CANNOT isolate fat loss in a particular part of your body!. But you can lose fat throughout your entire body!. You can do this by using up more energy than you consume!. That means increasing your activity level and maybe eating less!.

If you want to be really smart about it!. Here's what you do!. Go to a gym!. Work-out!. Build your major (and therefore biggest) muscles!. Muscles require more energy to maintain, so having better developed muscles consumes more energy, even at rest!. Also, jogging or running regularly spikes up your activity level dramatically, allowing you to lose a lot of calories and consequently fat!.
