First off at 14 you shouldn't count calories, it's not healthy!. Secondly calorie intake is based mainly on age not weight and height!. So for your age, 2000+ calories I think!. You're too young to worry about calories! Make sure you drink plenty of water, get a healthy serving of food groups each and plenty of exercise and activity!. Counting calories isn't a good habit to get into!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
