im kinda getting chunky and i would like to look good in my clothes for the first day!.!.!.i just need a simple diet plan!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you can walk briskfly @ least 3-5 days a week no sweets eat plenty of salads a drink plenty of water dont count your calories or anything like that your prolly to young to be doing that just eat right and not fast food all the time !.good luck to yaWww@Answer-Health@Com

well a diet is just the start of losing weight, but i recomend cut down the fast food, and snacks, if u eat out eat health, or cook your own meals, there really is no mirecla diet, plus exersise is important, if ure looking to lose weight jogging, jumping jack, jump rope anything like that i would mix in some crunches and such to get your body nice and toned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont eat!.!.!.!.alot!. Just eat half out what you intened to, and give some of you food away ask people if they want a bite, for you wont have to eat it!. I lost 3 pounds in a week by doing that and no one ever found out, my doctor thought it was the flu and my mom noticed and bought me tons and tons of food, then soonly forgot about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
