Weight Loss.....?
Right now I don't like the weight that I'm at. I want to lose at least 15 pounds. Is there any way I can do this easily without my parents really noticing and not going on any diet plan? Thanks for all the help!

Right now I am doing 30 minutes of Cardio in the morning and 30 at night. Then only trying to eat 3 times a day. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Is this good? Any more tips are great!

i am trying to do the same thing right now as well. I have cut most fats and sugars and have been eating fruits and veggies and lean meats like chicken and steak with whole wheat pasta or brown rice. it is really good and yousee results. Cuz it is the summer, i recommend going swimming, bike riding, anything to get you outdoors and use up that energy!
