How can i lose as much weight as jared eating subway?!


Question: How can i lose as much weight as jared eating subway!?
Answers:
Eat a 6 inch sub (the cheap healthy ones) 2 times a day, 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner!. Breakfast is a healthy one!. Drink a Slim Fast or any other brand of breakfast shake!. OR A Jamba Juice!. And drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, NO soda, and get LOTS of veggies on your sandwich, and take a multi-vitamin!. Rarely get the cookie!. And if you must have chips get Sun Chips!. Walk to the subway every day!. Or try to exercise 30 minutes every day!. That is the best way to do it!. Also, iced tea from subway is really yummy and if you do not add sugar, its the healthy choice!. Very low calorie, and just has caffeine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get the healthiest sub there I would suppose!. Not only is eating the subs the main key, but what the Subway people never told you is that everyday he ate, he walked a few miles just to get to the actual Subway restaurant!. I would recommend just trying to replace meals with Subway, and also run/walk or any other excerises that suits you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

read his bio!. Jared walked 2 miles to subway and 2 miles back then did it again for dinner!. so that is 8 miles a day!. he also ate the subs with just veggies and meat!. no cheese and no sauses like mayo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
