I work out and eat right but I need to tighten up is there any good excercises I can do for quick results?

No firming creams please just excercises

And here is the only real answer:

Sorry, no.
There is no such thing as quick results, other than steroids and you don't want them

You will see results after 30 days, they will be there if you work out on a regular basis.

After those first results, your body will only improver very slowly. Just keep up the good work and you'll look really good in about a year.

But you'll never be able to stop, because muscle mass decrease after 2 months, the unused calories turn into fat and all the work outs are becoming pointless at that point.

So have fun and hit the gym ;)
