Should I stop the jogging that I do?!


Question: Should I stop the jogging that I do!?
Ok!.!.!. I jog every other day!.!.!. but i practice breakdancing everyday!.!.

When I jog!.!.!. I'm really tired and can't rly breakdance to my full potential!.

Should I just stop the jogging!? Am I pushing myself too much if I do both of these!?

Or should I continue what I'm doing and eventually my stamina will get better and I will b able to handle doing both of these!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if ur breakdanceing 4 fun then u should keep jogging but if u are doing a competion u shouldnt jog like 3 days be4 that to prepare urself !.!.!.but if thers no1 2 impress then theres dont point in dancing ur best!.!.!.!.but ur stamina will eventually increas if u keep the same workout upWww@Answer-Health@Com

your bodyy is starting to hit over exercise, id stop, or slow down!.!.!. maybe cut it down, and try building it bakc up later on!.!. see how it goes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
