best way for me was to use leg weights(normally on the end of a bench press)!. works better than running or jogging, and you don't have to do it for as long or as much to see the results!. Also squats work well for the top portion of your legs and butt ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
lots of walking and lots of stairs!. also pilates for shaping!. victorias secret actually came out with shoes that are supposed to shape your legs too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
