Question: 5 weeks to lose some lbs before Middle School!?!?!?
I am 12, about 13 and i am entering Middle School in 5 weeks!. I am 5'2" and i am 109 lbs!. I think its a good weight but i look so much bigger!. I have a little bit of blubber on my tummy that i have to suck in everywhere i go!. I also have chubbyish legs!. I have mustle on my legs that make them look ugly!. I want to lose my gut and some chub on my legs before i go to middle school in exactly 5 weeks!. Exercises anyone!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try this, you can feel and see results in about three days!. Muscle will outweigh the fat so don't let the scale discourage you :)!.

For exercise, try switching it out everyday, so your body doesn't get used to the exercise (Monday Arms, Tuesday Stomach, Wednesday Legs, Thursday Rest, Friday Arms, Saturday Stomach, Sunday Legs)!. Also, one the days where legs or stomach or arms come back around the second workout of the week focusing in that area, try switching the exercise out too!. For arms maybe lift weights (if you have none then use cans and be sure to hold them away from you or they won't work)!. For stomach, you can sit on a bouncy ball and do crunches (don't hold onto your legs), for legs, maybe lay on your side propped up on your elbow and lift the top leg slowly up and down, then switch!. If you are can't exercise an hour, that's fine but try increasing the time every week or so!. If you are old enough to buy equiptment or go to a gym, try that!. As you get further into it, maybe you can buy some equipment for mainly those three areas I listed!. Also, walk home from places or on the commercial break, get up and run wall to wall!.
Also, a REALLY good workout is at youtube!.com and search for 8 minute abs, 8 minute legs, 8 minute buns, and 8 minute arms!. Try doing these on other days (ex!.: Monday arms and workout from youtube, Tuesday legs not workout from youtube, Wednesday stomach and 8 minute abs, Thursday rest, Friday arms no 8 minute arms, Saturday no 8 minute abs, Sunday 8 minute legs!. Try doing those how I listed above and don't do it more than once a day along with your daily workout!.

For food, which is very important (70% of weight loss is food intake while 30% is excercise, though both are VERY important), try this schedule!.

Breakfast:Whenever you wake up or an hour after!.

Drink of choice: One hour after breakfast (all other drinks being water!.

Lunch: 1 1/2 hours after drink of choice!.

Snack: 1 1/2 hour after lunch (or two hours after lunch)!.

Dinner: 2 hours after snack!.

Try portioning your food, one cup for meals and half a cup for snacks and drink of choice!. As you get more used to this, you can decrease your portion sizes!.
Also try measuring your calorie intake and try exercising over the amount of your intake to build muscle which burns access fat!. You can measure that at www!.myfitnesspal!.com where it measures EVERYTHING for you :)!.

If you drink cokes and need help with that, try slowly decreasing the amount of cokes you drink, one day the usual, and decrease half of the amount of that you usually drink until it's half a cup a day!.

While your exercising, I have a problem with wanting to eat then and I'm sure everyone else does too so maybe bring a mug of ice with you and eat the ice so you get a little munch out of it and you hydrate yourself while doing no harm to yourself or your diet!.

Check your BMR and eat that amount of calories (BMR is the amount of calories that you burn daily just by breathing, sleeping, etc!. so if you eat that much, you burn it plus exercise will be burning more then your intake :)

Don't think of this a diet; my views of diets are strict rules where you can't eat any good foods and you have to exercise all fay :D!.

K! Quick way to do this if you really want to go through with it!. I started doing it daily awhile ago to get a sixpack! Anyways!.

Do:
20 Bicycles (move legs in a bicycle motion while sitting on your back)
20 Situps
20 Hip thrusts!. (Put your head up against a wall, bring legs up, and then push your legs up into the air using no muscles but your stomach!.)
20 Situps with your legs on something raised, like a sofa
20 Leg lifts sitting on a sofa!. (Stick legs out off of the ground, bring your knees up to your chest, put them back out off of the ground, repeat)

eat all vegetables and your bodies chemistry will balance out

And I don't mean junk-food, (potatoes chips, corn chips, candy, fast food crap, soda, Peter Pan or JIF PB, Frozen dinners, etc!.!.!.PS NO MILK products)

Homemade soups, salads, PB and J with toast, green tea, water, carrots, apples, celery, you get the idea, pasta even! )

You will trim down and feel great, after that, go back to eating anything you like, when you are too heavy do the same regiment over until you feel light again

The outcome of this is you will find which foods you like to eat and others you do not like to eat, all for the reason that they stack- Fat

go exercise , dont eat to much!.
eat atleast 5 types of fruits a day or so!.
so breakfest , cereal!.
lunch , a sandwhich or a small meal!.
dinner , maybe a slice of meet , vegetables and fruits!.
jst eat healthy & do plenty of exercise !. sit ups , jumping jacks & all tht stuff!. it will also help u get used to midle school , a lot of p!.e!.

You are at a good and healthy weight!. If you diet at this age, you may not develop correctly!. This means no curves, breasts, or anything that the guys will love when you're older!. Even if you were older, I wouldn't recommend you dieting at that weight!. If you lost anymore, you'd be underweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would go to the gym and eat better!. But don't pump iron or anything!. Go running, eat a bananna drink water!. Oh, yeah!. drink water!. It is very important!.And do some situps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do it for yourself : easiest way to lose weight is to decide for yourself that you really want to lose weight if you are not motivated enough than nothing is going to happen
Exercise : do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, Dancing can be one of the ways of a work out and you may not even get bored of it!.
Diet wise : drink 8-10 glasses of water!. U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don
