Question: What can I take to get Bigger!?
I workout everyday at school!. I play football, Running back and Linebacker!. And I run track!. What can I take to get bigger!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

One reason your not getting big maybe because of your calorie intake!. Sounds like your really active!. Your a linebacker, so you probably have some size alright!. So depending on how much you weigh and how old you are, you would probably have to take in at least 3000-3500 calories just to maintain your weight!. So to gain weight you have to take in at least 3,500 calories!.
Plus, getting in a lot of protein through out the day will help you gain size!. After your work outs, have a snack/meal with carbohydrates and protein rebuilding your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

PROTEIN!. Take 50g whey protein post-workout (whey absorbs in 30 minutes and you have an optimal post-workout window of 1 hour to feed your muscles), and don't forget a casein protein (like Optimum Nutrition's 100% Casein) right before you go to bed!. Honestly i have been working out since i was 20 and im 35 now!. It took years for me to get big!.!. I ate a lot of protein and drank water and exercized 4 days a week!. Keep at it and try creatine or whey protein, and also make sure you get rest!. I do upperbody one day and lower the next!. Dont do too much cardio and load up on good carbs and some protein after a workout!. Your muscles need carbs to grow!. Try to keep your diet 30% protein, 50% carbs and 20% fats!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
