Whats the fastest way and how much weight could i lose in 4 days?

The best way is walking and running. Nothing better. You don't have to run, I know people who walk to the store or work instead of driving and they are super skinny. You don't have to keep walking everywhere until you are just skin and bone, but if you want four days I would run and eat very little. I would have breakfast lunch and dinner still but for breakfast eat an egg however you want. For lunch eat nothing or have a nutrigrain bar type thing and for dinner I would have a small salad with whatever you can fit in the small bowl. Feel free to put meat in, as well as dressing. (keyword small) Make sure you drink about 8-16 oz of water each day as well. Too much will give water weight and too little will dehydrate you while exercising. You should lose a good amount, and to keep it all off, just walk. If you continue to walk, your fat will stay off. Its great! You can ride a bike, rollerblade, walk, run, skateboard... just do something for a good hour or so a day and that fat will stay off you. Of course go back to natural eating habbits... that plan was just for excessive weight loss for your four day thing.

Diet pills of course help too, but you don't have to take them during this plan.
