Building up my muscles?!


Question: Building up my muscles!?
Im trying to get the muscles on my arms to show!. I dont wanna be like huge and beefy like some kinda beach hulk kid!. I'm only 14 years old!. But i want my deltoid, biceps, and triceps to show!. Also, i want to build up my pecs!. Anyone know some good exercises to do this!? I have a benchpress at home!. I can probably use that for building up my arm muscles!. I do pushups to build up my pecs but im not sure how many reps and sets i should do!. someone help plzWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ok your alil 2 young in my personal opinion 2 start serious weight training!.

Do you have dumbbells at home!?

If you do, then do bicep culs 2 build your biceps, Tricep extensions 2 build your tris, Pushups 2 work on your chest and tris, Military press the dumbbells 2 build your shoulders, also do shoulder shrugs!.

Thats what i did when i was your age!.

Remember, the more reps you do the more cut/ripped your muscles get!. just dont over due it at first!. Working out should be fun, and you should enjoy doing it!. Do it for yourself, and not for others, and you will always be happy!.

Hey man It does matter how old you are Listen to me I'm the strongest in this answer I can bench 305 and weigh 135 thats about 2!.3 my own weight and i got there in a year of working out when i began i was benching 120!.

So just listen to get stronger and turn all your flab into hard muscle you have to workout strenght and after just jump rope or run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think u shud ask a gym teacher or Ur college coach for it !.!.!.
coz they r d only one who knows that Wat is gud n Wat is bad at Ur age coz Ur only 14 and its not that enough to do difficult exercises at Ur age so consult sum-one whose experienced n knws well of body buliding!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
