Question: Is there a homemade formula I can drink while I fast!?
I'm going to go on at least a 3 day fast!. The last couple of times I went on extensive fasts, I noticed a rash developing on my back!. I think this had to do with malnutrition!. So, this time, I want to make sure I'm still getting vitamins, but I don't want to cheat either!. What tasteless beverage do you reccommend that may help me maintain my health while I fast!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A friend of mine drank tea with a little artificial sweetener (or you can use real sugar) - it really doesn't make a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
