Question: I feel like i am Fat but im not really, how to lose weight fast! but not throw up!!?
If you have currently put on a bit of weight durring winter only a tiny bit that you can notice, what is a great way to lose weight fast!?
I excersise and eat healthy and drink alot of water but i guess since its been so cold i have eaten more, im a tall slim person but i think i have a bit of a tummy its small, i goto the gym but just cant get rid of it!
how can i lose it!? everyone says i have a great body but i want to be really skinny!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sort of having the same problem!. It sucks gainging weight in winter!. I think it's a bit of a gradual build-up!. If you're not careful you can gain alot during the 4 or so months!. You could always accept it or just lose it all in Summer, because you sweat a lot in summer which helps you lsoe weight!.

Otherwise:

Do some exercise everyday!. Simplest thing to do is WALKING but I like to do something till I sweat pretty badly, I don't know if it works though!.

Build up some muscles (eat more protein), that way you're less liekly to gain fat because your muscles will burn up the carbs!.

And cut the fat and crap our of your diet :)

You cant really lose weight fast without gaining it back fast, although you can trim down water weight by taking in less (but not cutting out) sodium!. Just watch your carbs, do high impact excercise (like interval training), and build ab muscles to help define your stomach!. Just keep doing the diet and excercise thing and eventually, you will lose weight, I guarantee it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

being skinny isnt everything , i was a size 10 with a bit of a tummy not much but i thought so over years i went to a size 7,8 i lost all my boobs and had guys tell me i was to skinny and looked much better before , and bealive me i felt better before im now back to my size 10 and people tell me i look 100% better then i did!. of course i think im getting bigger and now my tummy isnt so flat but keep going to the gym and eating right you will tone up soon enough it just takes time and motivation and plenty of it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably just "go to the gym!." That's why!. Let me guess, you're the treadmill queen!. You go to the gym, walk on a treadmill while holding onto the handles and reading a magazine, right!? You like to feel like you're doing something, but don't actually want to break out a sweat!.!.!.no, no, that would be too much for you, to break up your routine!.

definitely by far go on the 'tony ferguson diet' it works !
my brother went on it and he lost 4 kilo's in a week and his stomach slowly got smaller and smaller and he built muscles with weights and going to the gym

I have heard that if you eat something really fattening once a week, it spikes up your metabolism!. Other than that, I would try changing your workout regime to something a bit more challenging!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
