Answers:
That's very possible, but if you do it, you will be nearly underweight and unhealthy!.

P!.S!.- What you are eating is not enough to sustain you, especially if you're doing a lot of exercise!.

Take care!.

P!.S- This is why teenagers should NOT diet without their parents' supervision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not very effective at all!.!.!.

at 130 lbs you BMR is around 1,400 cals so that is the bare minimum that you should consume daily and more with regular exercise!.

all meals should contain some form of protein!. breakfast should be the highest calorie meal of the day to jump start the metabolism and decrease cortisol levels!. an apple is insufficient for breakfast!. a much better breakfast would be several egg whites, oatmeal and an apple!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wish I could see you in person because I would bet you already look skinny enough ( for that height)!. Is it possible for you to be 115!? Ya honey, it's possible, but why do you want to be that weight when you sound just right!? I don't think God intended us to be super skinny anyhow- just in case we found ourselves in a sticky situation and food was not to be found anywhere-are bodies would have a little fat to live off!. The way this world is becoming today- that's what you ought to be worrying about!. Cherish every bite and don't starve yourself!. That's not enough food!. Add more fruit and veg's!. You'll be fine and feel better, too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is soo possible!. You need to eat more veggies fruit [you have no fruit an protein to lose weight!.
