Answers:
flexibility is not determined by fat!.It is determined by muscles!.Stretch gently every day and youll get results!.Also, try some interval cardio and some weightlifting,Theres nothing like combining strenght training with stretching!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you have medical problems like arthritis and such, proper exercise and possibly dieting will help restore your flexibility somewhat!. You'll probably never be as flexible as you were when you were thirty, but you'll be able to tie your shoes again!.
You don't specify exactly how overweight you are!. This could be a severe inhibitor to regaining flexibility if you are highly obese (more than 100 pounds, 200 pounds over), since then the excess body fat is going to inhibit your movements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
