I've lost 25 pounds since May, is that healthy?!


Question: I've lost 25 pounds since May, is that healthy!?
All I've really done is:

1) Stopped drinking sodas (I was drinking 3-4 20 oz a day)
2) Stopped eating junk food (the only reason I drank it was because I wanted something for the soda to wash down, so I usually had 2 candy bars per soda!.!.!.so that's 6-8 a day)
3) I've been drinking about 3/4 of a gallon of water a day (I think it's acting as a natural appetite suppressant)
4) This week I'm going to stop drinking that has "added sugars" in it (basically the only things with 'sugar' in it I'll drink is 100% juice), and stop adding sugar to my tea, and drink it plain (I'm not even going to add anything sweet to my tea because I'm trying to "retrain" my taste buds to not depend on "sweet" as a necessity)!.

And I haven't been exercising!.!.!.

So, in 2 months, I've gone from 205 lbs to 180!. My goal was 180 by August 1st, I didn't think I'd reach it this early!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you're getting the good nutrition as well as cutting out the bad!. Ideally you'd average (once you're done losing what you want to lose) 1-2 pounds a week at the most!. The first few weeks are usually the most dramatic loss, and then you slow down and plateau a bit!. I'd suggest a little exercise and muscle training just so you can control how much loose skin you get!. Way to go!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just don't loose too much weight too quickly because then it will become unhealthy!.!.!.

Im sure its fine!. Cutting out all that sugar and junk did it!. I hope youre not starving!. Eat good, healthy food, but dont skip meals!.

you are lucky, but what you gave up is very high in calories, not only high in calories but bad for your health!. Continue making better choices and do excercise it will all pay off in the future!. CongratulationsWww@Answer-Health@Com

loosing weight that fast means you also lost allot of muscle!.

I would never recommend losing that fast but whats done is done!.

I would recommend getting weight training in and cardio and then leveling off your diet!.
