How well have I eaten today (So far)?!


Question: How well have I eaten today (So far)!?
8:10AM -- Ate half of scrambled eggs (I had ran three laps around the park beforehand, and I wasn't feeling too well due to poor preparation beforehand) + Oatmeal/Raisin protein bar + Water

10:45AM -- four slices of chicken breast, made into two sandwiches (on wheat bread, which had no fat -- the only downfall of the bread was the 200mg of sodium per 2 slices) + five small carrot sticks + five small celery sticks + about 8-10 peanuts

I've also drank about three bottles of water today (and counting)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the foods are healthy, but was the 10:45 a snack or a meal!? that's a lot of food if it was a snack!. your portions are good and you seem to be getting a good balance of food groups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
