Question: Are my thighs fat (pixss!)!?

I simply cant STAND my thighs, but everyone tells me theyre not fat!. I think theyre doing this cause they dont want to 'hurt my feelings' but I need an honest opinion!. Right now Im trying to loose 10 pounds cause I want smaller thighs!.
So, what do you think!? (HONESTLYY!)
