Is late night binging (eating a lot) hazardous to your health?


Answers:

Any thing is excessive amounts is not good for you. If your a nocturnal person where you don't sleep till the sun comes up then its as your eating during the day. When you sleep with a full stomach your body digests the food differently as if you ate in the morning and were active for the whole day.

If your binging at night (meaning eating large amounts of food) you proably aren't eatting during the day, try snacking (healthy) throughout the day and start out with a good healthy breakfast which should give a lot of energy througout the day.

If you want to get full and gid rid of the hunger, try eatting protein and avoid the carbs. Carbs tend to make you feel less full then protein! Grab some peanuts and snack away!

Lastly, Regardless of what time of the day or night it is, eatting large portions of food just isn't the greatest thing. again snacking is the alternative so you can feel statisfied throughout the entire day!
