Does this sound like a healthy day of eating?!
Question: Does this sound like a healthy day of eating!?
Breakfast- 1 whole wheat english muffin with crunchy peanut butter with a handful of red grapes
lunch- whole wheat blueberry bread and whipped cream cheese
with a bowl of seedless red grapes
water to drink and ran 30 minutes then biked for an hour
dinner- whole wheat pita with tuna with a bit of mayo ( not alot, a little) , a spinach salad with tomato and pickles, no dressing, fruit salad with watermelon, pineapple and grapes, and a rice cake!.
250 sit ups, then lifting weights every other day but today I did for about 10 minutes and did squats while watching TVWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds pretty healthy!. You may want to add a few low calorie snacks for as much as you are exercising though, and maybe get a little bit mroe protein!. Maybe add a snack like lowfat cottage cheese with fruit!. Thats a good low cal snack with alot of protein!. Or a hard boiled egg is another good one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
maybe change your lunch to a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat bread with veggies or something
you're eating a lot of fruit which is good, but maybe exchange some of the fruit with some veggies!. fruit is good but too much is just having a lot of sugar!.

Yes, cause you are eating!. You need carbs to burn fat!.!. Exercise we need to do!. But don't stop eating less cause that will be bad!. Once in a while treat your self!.!. with something good!. That's me! I wish I has that kind of will power!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
