i have cheer camp next week and thats four days!. my dad gave me 50 dollars for snacks to get at the grocery store!. and with teenage girls you know we will eat and talk all night so what are some snacks i can buy that wont have us bloated the next day or sluggish!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fruit's good!.? Most will last 4 days!.? Nuts are good!.? Not to mention apparently great for hair and skin (I've noticed cheerleaders seem to care about that for some strange reason)!.? You'll also need stuff with carbs, as you'll probably be working your butt off!.? I don't care what they say, you NEED carbs!.? Granola bars work for on the go!.? Trail mix works well for snacking!.? Beef jerkey gives protein that'll last you all day without making you feel sick!. Basically anything that could be considered healthy food will work if it will work outside a fridge!.? The main thing for you is to avoid greasy or sugary foods (chips, candy, etc!.!.!.) and eating too much!.? Eating too much of anything will make you sluggish the next day!.? But then again, so will eating too little!.? Just trust yourself!.? If something in your head says no, look for something else!.? If you care about what you eat, your instinct is amazingly useful!. the best and healthiest snacks are cut veggies like celery, carrots and cucumbers and low GI fruits like grapefruit, raspberries, strawberries, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would say fruit but that can only stay fresh for so long!. Try pretzels which are healthy and popcorn w/ out butter is healthy!. I can't think of anything else on the top of my head right now, sry, but hope i helped :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
