When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body!. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps!. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve!. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories!. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities!.

Well to do this it is true that you have to work on reducing your over all fat cuz mainly all that stuff on your inner thighs is just fat!. To do this I suggest you get involved in a cardio workout such as walking or jogging for 30-60 minutes daily!. This will help to burn fat quicker!. Now you also have to try your best to target areas around where you want to get leaner!. And I must say with a bunch of different excersises I have tried from online resources or book resources, the best excersise came from my best friend!. They are called leg lifts!.

What you have to do is lay on the floor with your hands underneath your back to support it!. There are three steps to this excersise:
The first step is to raise your legs about two inches off of the ground and hold it for 5-10 seconds!. Second you spread your legs apart keeping them two inches off the ground and hold that for 5-10 seconds!. Thrid you put your legs back together and hold that for another 5-10 seconds and then you can put them back on the ground!. You should start off doing ten one day and adding 5 every day you do it!. If you need a days rest in between feel free to do so!. This excersise is like a two in one excersise, not only does it work your inner thighs, but you work your abs too!.

Now last of all, if you aren't already eating healthier you should start!. Here's meal plan:

For breakfast you can eat a whole wheat cereal with 1% milk (organic or non) and if you like orange juice you can have a cup of it but it probably would be better to eat just fruit by itself!.
For lunch you can have some deli meat with whole wheat bread or whole grain white bread (like Sara Lee) and some fruit!. You can also add a slice of cheese to your sandwich if you would like and if you want mayonnase of mustard make sure it's low fat!.
For dinner just make sure you have a mixture of different nutrients [water, vitamins, minerals, protein, carbohydrates, fat] which includes fruits and veggies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you go to a gym, most carry a machine called the adductor/abductor!. This machine works both the inside and outside of your thighs by using a certain amount of weight to either bring your thighs together using resistance or push them apart!. It works very well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
