Which is better for fat burning?!


Question:

Which is better for fat burning?

for my cardio sets, should i do longer sets at a slower pace, or should i do shorter sets at a faster pace? assuming same amount of calories burnt (measured by the treadmill)

exercising at a high level of intensity is optimum for both cardiovascular fitness and for fat loss. the greater the intensity of training the higher the resting metabolic rate will be elevated "after" exercise. this is when the "real" fat burning takes place. attempting to target fat loss during the actual exercise session is far from optimum and will produce the most minimal of results even with the best of diets
