I started doing bicycle crunches , and it was like pretty hard!. but so uncoordinated and unbalanced !.

Crunches are safer for your back!.!.!. & really all you need to completely work your abdominals!.!.
bicycle crunches will feel awkward at first because those muscles aren't strong enough to keep you balanced!.!.!. Trying to keep your balance!.!. That's what strenghens them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

crunches because it has more focus in the areas you want!.!.!. the reason it was so uncomfortable and unbalanced is because it was working muscles you typically dont use which would be better for you!-the harder you work, the better the results!Www@Answer-Health@Com
