Question: I want to lose weight!. I am 5'5 and 160lbs!. How do I go about doing so!?
I am, as I said, 5'5' and weigh 160lbs!. I live a moderatly sedentary life and I feel lke that is probably not helping me as far as weight loss goes!. How can I get started on weight loss!? How many cals should I eat!? P!.s!. I am 18!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
