Question: Is this new workout plan I made worth it!?
Ok everyone, I need some suggestions on this new workout I made!. Goal!? 20 pounds by September!. My workout day are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday!. Everyday I do Elliptical for 30 minutes which results in 500 calories burned!. Then I do the bike for another 30mins which is roughly 250!. 750 calories burned during cardio!. Monday I work out chest, Tuesday Legs, Thursday Arms and Friday Back!. Not intensive workouts, just enough to make me ache hehe!. My diet is fairly well, about 1200 calories a day, may not seem healthy but it's just what I feel right mentally doing!. I am on one supplement, alli for weight loss!. I'm open to any suggestions for my workout, and any opinions!. Feel free to critique, thats why im here posting!. Thank you very much, I do know its alot to read, but any help is appriciated!.

Your weight loss plan seems good!. 4 days a week of cardio and you are working different muscle groups each day!. Sounds like you will be building a good amount of muscle in addition to your cardio!.
As far as your calories, you should up it to 1400-1500 per day!. Guys need more calories than women and your body could go into starvation mode and start STORING fat instead of burning it!. You will still lose weight, but you will be losing muscle!. You dont want to lose muscle, thats not healthy for your body!. Also foodwise, focus on fresh fruits and veggies and lean protiens and fat free dairy products!. Stay away from refined carbs (white bread, rice, pasta) and go for whole wheat, whole grain variety!. This will also help your body burn more fat!.
Good luck!.
