what would u say is over weight for someone who is 5'9 tall, medium bone structure, in stones? and what would you say is under weight????

This is what is says in my doctor's book is the weight without the clothes on.
For a Men
For the medium weight is 146 - 158
For a Women
In the medium weight is 139 - 153
